We Built This City is a website that calls Christchurch, New Zealand home.  Honestly, it's mostly about food.  But it's also about the things we do-see-want-walk-read in between, at home and further afield. 

Established circa. 2012, WBTC began as platform to showcase the incredible people, places and ideas emerging in post-earthquake Christchurch.  

Nothing we write about should be considered to be a review, that implies a level of expertise it's really unlikely that we have. We are enthusiasts, not experts. Consider them shared thoughts, rantings and musings to do what you will with.  Because we aren't critics, there is no criticism on these pages, we just won't say anything at all.
